Interesting how you note 25 metre penalty not being paid in Denmark's matches. Obviously paying the 25 metre penalty in the Ireland vs. South Africa match contributed to the result being so "controversial", especially considering that the man on the mark didn't seem to be aware he was over his mark.

In the instances I noticed, the offending players made the offence and was by then already over the mark and just stood there looking a bit "what to do", seemingly acting as if they didnt know what had happened.

Regarding Ireland, from what I understand in the reports and video. The player on the mark doesnt move until the south african actually moves away from the line of the mark (and thus plays on after the sirene). From that point of view, I totally understand the Irish being unhappy.
