Over 20 nations so far signal intent for IC11

Not sure if my opinions have changed over the years on this, but for newer teams in a developing nations division, I'd love see for example South America, drawing on the small pool Chilean, Argentinean and possibly Brazilian players.

And it might really motivate a few of those guys to throw themselves into growing the game when they return home. Imagine if South America had even half the development going on that Europe does. And like Asia and Oceania, I imagine the Aussie dollar goes a bit further there than in Europe and North America.
