Australian Rules football has been taught to school children as an alternative sport in Argentina, and proven to be very popular.
Footy Argentina, with the support of the National Sports Government Body, conducted clinics and seminars from January 10 (in Summer Camps for Boys and Girls) of Alternative Sports.
Participants from the summer camps were surveyed as to their favourite option, and footy was the clear winner, as the results table shows.
