This Sunday, the Manchester Mozzies Aussie Rules Club will host the Nathan Blakey Movember Cup. Named in honour of a former high flying Mozzie who tragically passed away last week, the Movember Cup will see teams from Sheffield, Wolverhampton and Leeds compete in a 4 team lightning cup tournament.

In conjunction with the Movember Foundation, members of all 4 teams have spent the last 3 weeks grooming and styling some killer Moustaches as part of the worldwide Movember movement, in which men give up their upper lip during the month of November to help raise much needed funds and awareness for men's health, particularly men's cancer.

Sunday's tournament will be held at the Mozzies' home ground in Stockport, The Burnage Rugby Club, with kick off scheduled for 12pm. The games will be short and sharp but will provide new comers or seasoned AFL veterans the chance to witness some cracking football. The club will put on a BBQ and raffle with all funds raised going straight to the Movember foundation. There is no entrance fee for spectators but people are encouraged to buy a raffle ticket and have a laugh at a field full of men with dirty 'tashes.

To donate to the Manchester Mozzies Movember Campaign which has seen the club already raise over £600, or for more information on Movember, please visit http://mobro.co/manchestermozzies.
