On another very hot day the players were committed as ever producing some big hits, fantastic ball movement and some exciting goals! Nauru started where they left off! After winning the lightening carnival yesterday, they were challenged by Fiji in game 1 today but were able to hold on for a tough victory, the Nauru Stars then took on a very brave Tonga side and come out with a 4 goal victory. Game 3 saw Fiji and Tonga play out a fiercely contested match! the game was fast with the ball moving from end to end all game. Eventually the Fiji side came out with a 3 goal victory.
