        WFN Women's Rankings after Day One TAC 2024

A couple of  'upset' or unexpected Results on Day One for the ladies matches at TAC 2024 in that Canada, the 'higher' ranked nation lost in a thriller against Great Britain.The Maximum +/-3.00 rating points were exchanged which brings the Swans to within 0.98 points of Canada. "Revenge" for the Swans from between the two's first match up at IC17?

The other match where the result could be thought of as 'unexpected' (though not because the higher ranked nation tends to win more often than not) is the France v Colombia game, between two debuting  nations to International Aussie Rules Footy. The last time two debuting nations met was at IC14 between Canada's Midnight Suns and Tonga. As with this match the maximum +/- 3.00 rating points is exchanged  and each nation joining the Provisional Ranks. (see below)*.

As Rating Gap for the Ireland v United States game exceeded 10.00 pts there is no points exchange or change in rating points.
