WFN Women's Rankings After Day Five TAC 2024

Day five has produced another "upset" result (one each day) where a lower ranked nation has prevailed, this time in United States v.  Great Britain game three. United States Freedom  rose from 6th to 5th Place with the maximum 3.00 points gained to 47.03 pts.

Game 1. Canada v. France. Rating Gap exceeded 10.00 pts.so no change inpoints or Rank for either Nation.

Game 2. Ireland v. Colombia. Ireland Banshees clawed back 0.14 pts from its loss to Canada on day three, As the rating gap 9.68 was just  within the 10.00 pts. limit and with 40 plus and IC/TAC bonus figured increased points exchanged from +/-0.048 to +/0.14 pts., not enough to get back to Canada or to punish Colombia.

Game 3. United States 6th gained the maximum 3.00 points to 47.03 eclipsing Fiji's 44.70 to jump into 5th place. Great Britain losing 3.00 pts. to finish on 48.14 pts remaing in 4th Place.
