Description: 2nd Youth Oceania Cup, this time held in Tonga.

Competing teams are expected to be Tonga, Fiji, Nauru, PNG, New Zealand, Solomon Islands, Samoa and an All Stars miscellaneous side.

Also features an AFL Combine and matches against the indigenous Australian Boomerangs youth side.
