I would hope that there is some form of 'documentary' maker following Sheeds around North America.......alas, in the good old 'foxfooty' days it might have been so. That was a sad loss to footy - the dedicated channel. Even so, I'd love to challenge anyone with appropriate links/contacts to quickly work towards a 2008 international cup doco. I reckon each country, as much as possible - should be collecting what quality video footage and anecdotes they can - just in case.

With the advent of things like YouTube since the last IC I'm sure a lot of
people will post their own material, but I was planning on WFN making sure
there was a reasonable stream of interviews, game footage etc up on the web
during next year's IC, giving an overall doco-series.

In 2005 we got a few hours' worth stored in the WFN archives, though some
of it got corrupted.

There was also some professional TV footage of the last cup produced, don't
know how to get a hold of it though.

Absolutely. Hopefully we can work with all the leagues to get some build up to the Cup too. Really just a matter of coordinating things and finding the time and effort.
