As Brett mentioned, the AFL supports the Barassi International Footy
tournament - http://www.biafyt.net - which has been held a few times and is
intended to become a youth world cup of sorts.

The USA brought a juniors team to Australia a few years ago, they played
matches against ACT and regional NSW juniors teams and I think went ok.

South Africa, PNG and NZ all have done so in past too. Maybe a few others
also have, not sure.

On the GB question - it depends on a lot of things, there's a lot of discussion
and restructuring going on in Britain at the moment.

They do say they focus on school sides, but they also have accepted national sides in the past, and have said the aim is ultimately a youth World Cup.
