It seems from media comments in Ireland and Australia that a compromise has been reached and the series should go ahead. Nothing official, but seemingly relayed off the record. Just remains for the GAA board to sign off on it appears.

Quite a stunning turn around after all the tough talk from Ireland's GAA officials. Somewhere someone must have made a very big compromise - the question is which country?
