2008 EU Cup preview - Finland, Germany, Sweden and the Netherlands

I'm wondering how the Swedish team to compete at the EU Cup compares with their IC08 team? The interview says it will be more of a development team, but it would be nice to have an estimate of the difference, so that we can then get a hint of the strengths of the teams at the EU Cup. I know it can only be very approximate, since game lengths and player numbers vary. I guess we can base things on how well Germany go, given they have competed against Sweden and Denmark, who in turn have played in the IC. If teams knock over Sweden and Germany, might we guess that they might be up close to Sweden's full strength side? Or do we treat 9-a-side as a different game and draw no conclusions with the full version? I don't know.
