There's lots of talk about the GC17 'compromised' drafts and access to under 17s and access to uncontracted players etc - - - however, there's no mention of the fact that should WS18 be scheduled for one year after, then, there will most likely be equal WS18 'concessions' and frameworks applying the next year in each case.

Well, at this point, sometime this year, the WS18 'consortium' needs a chance to emerge and to start signing up the best of NSW talent (poaching off existing NSW scholarships???).
