I assume WA vs Vic next year will be in Melbourne. The travel factor is generally pretty large - bigger than in the AFL where the players do it all the time. The last 2 times SA played Victoria the margin from memory was less than a goal to the SANFL in Melbourne and around 10 goals in Adelaide. So WA might be on the improve, but such a narrow win at home would suggest they will face a huge task winning in Melbourne.
