Great news for the hard work done by all in PNG footy development. Well done to Essendon in recognising this opportunity to secure talent outside the draft (which will be stretched pretty thin over the next few years).

We all hope this is start of bigger things for all young footy players around the world in being a genuine part of the player pool that is considered by AFL clubs and thus stengthens the game for all.
