Flying Dutchmen tentative on IC11

Hard to argue with the Netherlands on this. Particularly because they just finished their first season with a genuine domestic league. If there was no Euro Cup or other local internationals to aspire to then maybe the IC would be important, but there are much cheaper options closer to home. Aiming for 2014 seems sensible.

Most of the other European countries that previously expressed interest in IC11 have at least had leagues running for a few years. I guess some other contenders like Austria and Croatia might be in a similar situation.

I wonder which countries found the post-IC let down the worst? Perhaps Finland, who struggled for numbers both initially and then after injury? Spain almost disappeared after IC05. I guess ideally you'd have at least 100 eligible players, so then once finances are taken into account, perhaps still at least 40 players to choose from.
