one of the northern lights is playing in the vwfl atm at the club i am coaching at, and if she prob would come close to getting into the vics squad

That's great to hear. If there are a few international women out there playing to that standard then they would certainly deserve a spot at the Australian nationals - Victoria has an extremely good team so it's quite conceivable that an All-Stars international squad would be very competitive against lower ranked states.
