It was deserved win by Italy, they played better footy and they kicked more goals. We (Croatia) came with the best team available and played up to our ability. Our footy was worst then showcased at previous Euro Cup, but Italian game improved greatly, and they will be a dark horse team in next Euro Cup. Congrats Italia!

Thanks Josip & Kolja for the kind words. We are also experimenting. Only 4 of last years squad of 16 in the Euro Cup played against the Croats and we are getting talented youngsters some international experience. Its great to play with our neighbors and we have learned a lot from them. Go Knights and Go AFL Italia
