I think from memory Ohio Valley is a combination of players from the Cincinnati Dockers and Louisville Kings.

This year Ohio Valley have some St. Louis Blues players as well.

And on the earlier question, Div 1 and Div 2 are 18 a side.

Div 3 is usually 16s and Div 4 and the Women's Division is usually 14s.

Depending on numbers Div 4 might go up to 16 and the Women might too.
