PNG and NZ promoted out of the comp? Does that mean promoted up to some other competition? Not sure if this is concerning or intriguing.

Certainly I'm sure all international footy followers join me in wishing David Rodan all the very best in finding a new AFL home for season 2013.

Do we know if this 4 match series is being played as 'international tests'?

Brett, the rankings need an adjustment, USA and Canada have each played 36 matches even tho their ranking points did not change after their 49th Parallel Cup match in August. If the proposed Nauru v Fiji series are international tests you might as well leave making the change until then.
