World Rankings - Vikings hammer down Germany

After the discussions last time that some of the rankings didn't appear to truly reflect the strengths of some teams i went back and worked on a new highly modified Elo ranking system which I think produced some good looking results. Any way here are my current world rankings, ignore if you choose. I don't worry about provisional or dormant teams.
