AFL Ontario returns this weekend

Are the men's likely to get to the stage of having 10 league and 10 reserves (div 2) teams in the next few years?

Is there any formal junior league this season, even just 2 or 3 teams? I keep thinking there must be critical mass now to get say under 17s going (that would allow players to graduate to the men's after that). If Ontario had that going for a few years they'd surely finally be in a position to start beating the US regularly - and isn't that something Canadians would be keen to see?

Can anyone think of a non-Australian women's league featuring 5 or more teams?
