Toulouse Hawks remain French Champions

A message received from the umpire of the Grand Final, Douglas Pate: "Hi Wesley. I umpired the Toulouse/Paris game and it was a pleasure to umpire. Free-flowing hard and fast. One of the best games technically I have seen in Europe (outside of Denmark). The game had the "Aussie spirit" feel to it which was a pleasure to be part of. I congratulate both teams. The final score was actually 103-62. I down pointed one from the visible score board. A ball that had hit the point post was incorrectly recorded as a behind by the scoreboard umpire."
