Will the AFL admit to the stuff up we knew was coming all along and then have the balls to do something about it for the good of the game.
I would even consider a 4 division split.
Top 4 as is.
Div 1 Can v GB, Tonga v USA, Nauru v Fiji then reseed and play off for 5th to 10th.
Div 2 Pak v Fra, Jap v Swe. Pak v Swe, Fra v Jap. Table positions for 11th to 14th.
Div 3 China v India, Finland v Indonesia, Chi v Indonesia, Finland v India. Table positions for 15th to 18th.
