I reckon Cam if this chart had another column with win/loss that would add further interest. Don't know whether that is feasible or of interest to others?

G'day Rod
I could probably add each nation's win/loss record to the ranking list if people are really interested.

If you are interested Rod I could send you the nations win/loss record against each off their opponents. Would have to email to you as my charts won't copy onto WFN comments properly.

Hi Rod,

When Cam originally proposed this method he collated all the data and crunched the numbers manually, but when WFN adopted a modified version I put it all in a big spreadsheet and wrote visual basic functions to crunch the numbers automatically and sort the teams out.

Unfortunately then converting all that into pretty html tables with flags etc, and updating our page with historical records etc, is a manual process, one of the reasons we don't release new rankings more regularly.

So in theory I could write new functions to also sort out wins/losses/draws. I'll add it to my wish list which means it'll probably happen in future but not in the short term.
