The West coast is a good choice as there has been some good recent development, with Vancouver Cougars splitting into two teams and the creation of Victoria and Banff clubs. As well as possibilities in Regina and Winnepeg. The nationals will undoubtedly improve the Canadian team, more than other countries - we'll have to wait and see.
The real problem with grounds is permanent fixtures. A very modest contribution could see that turned around.
