We've discussed these kinds of things before, but this just reminds me again how much I'd like to see Australia vs Ireland in a true Aussie Rules Test Match. Not International Rules, Aussie Rules. Somehow need to convince the GAA to let their best Gaelic players participate. How about 1 match in Australia under Gaelic rules and 1 match in Ireland under Australian rules? Probably have to do the reverse just for ground suitability... unless they played AFLX rules.

Combined score wins the series. May seem gimmicky but I have no doubt the women would take representing their countries very seriously.

Go on AFL Europe, stir the pot, throw out the challenge.
