Please note: an error occurred when the ranks were transferred to WFN from my data. Notably: P3 Indo China 34.00 P3 2 is missing from bottom of the ranks.

Also a note stating that Finland and Tonga are no longer ranked as it is over 10 years since these nations played an eligible match seems to disappearred into space or elsewhere.
