Great to see the continuation of the Andes Cup into its 4th edition and to see that the local v ex-pat ratio has also continued to evolve apparently.
And we can add Peruvian soil to the Aussie Rules list (Estonia was new only a week or so ago).

Any indication of actual numbers of locals etc. taking part. The more locals that get involved the better the chances for the game to grow in these countries.

Hi Cam,

don't have any exact numbers but my chats with the Bulldogs indicated that they had a far higher ratio of Colombian locals rather than expats playing - hence the scoreline which was a large victory for Saints up against big Bulldog wins in previous Andes Cups. I certainly know that the goal of the Bogota Bulldogs, and AFL Colombia more broadly, was to achieve a higher number of locals and it has happened sooner rather than later, which is great for the game.
