USFootyNews.com is excited to be able to bring detailed statistics on USFooty games including game scores, goal kickers, the USAFL ladder and an MVP table. This information not only provides great fodder for water cooler discussion but will provide actual prizes to clubs and players that finish the season at the top of the various tables.

All of this is possible thanks to the hard work of Denmark AFL President Ian Hill and his database hosting website, TheFootyRecord.net. Hill has provides a database management system that allows easy entry of standard footy results including quarter by quarter scores, goal kickers, best on ground performers, and vote getters. USFootyNews.com then gathers that database information and presents it here on our website in a mutual agreement with TheFootyRecord.net.

The information entered for each game is then tallied in various forms to create league tables, goal kicking tables and an MVP table. Websites such as USFootyNews.com can then take these tables and seamlessly integrate them into the website to provide real time results and detailed information allowing players, coaches and fans to track their teams and players.

Hill’s system is currently used across the footy playing world and is particularly important in Denmark. USFootyNews believe that this site may useful to many regional and metropolitan leagues in the US, allowing those leagues to provide timely and interesting information for their players and supporters.
